“After booking our wedding at Mt Edgcumbe House, we considered photography to be our next priority. Like most couples, if you aren’t regulars in front of a camera it can be quite daunting on the day! Needless to say with our pre-wedding shoot, Pete soon put us both at ease and come the big day we were both more relaxed than we ever imagined.

Pete’s style fitted our requirement, capturing the informal natural shots we wanted, with a blend of prior agreed formal photographs which worked perfectly for us. Discreetly slipping into the background, we were caught up in the moment and barely noticed him. Several of our guests passed comment after the wedding with how impressed they were on how he worked, specifically his presence in co-ordinating large group shots.

We were so lucky to have a sunny day so we could take advantage of the stunning location and we both particularly liked the use of the shots taken after our first dance at sunset. These captured some of our favourite photographs from the day.

The mix of B&W and colour images tell the story of a great day from beginning to end; We couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. We only wish he could photograph our honeymoon! ”
