I had the privilege of being the official bodybuilding photographer for the show, capturing every flex, every routine, and every emotion from backstage nerves to triumphant celebrations.

Bethany Cook – Bikini Champion and Overall Winner

Bethany Cook first made her mark in the Bikini category before going on to claim the Overall Winner’s title. Alongside a £250 prize, she also secured a professional photoshoot with Pete Bennett Photography.

Bethany shared her excitement after the show:

Josh Donne – Best Male Winner

The men’s side of the competition was fiercely contested, but it was Josh Donne who took home the Best Male award, earning £250 and a photoshoot with Pete Bennett Photography.

After the event, Josh reached out to say:

Kiaya Benson – Over 35s Bikini Masters

Kiaya Benson returned to the Mr & Miss Devon stage after a year away, and her comeback couldn’t have been more inspiring. She claimed the Over 35s Bikini Masters title, proving that dedication knows no age limit.

Reflecting on her experience, Kiaya wrote:

“The stage is as much a mental game as it is physical… Up against two amazing women in this category, and I got 1st. Wtf? I kept my title.. absolutely no words. On to the next as they say.”

Her honesty about the mental side of competing resonated with many athletes in the room, showing that bodybuilding is about mindset as much as muscle.
